Tuerck, 25, had an extremely successful 2009 campaign when he finished second overall in points.
At the season ending event, FD Judgment Day, in Irwindale, CA, Tuerck raced to the win. Unfortunately, he was not able to overcome Chris Forsberg’s lead, falling just six points short of his first championship. Continue reading ‘Ryan Tuerck Re-signs with Gardella Racing for 2010′

On the weekend, I’ve had the opportunity to cover local drift event, KBS – FX Open Asia Drift Challenge. Organized by Feintodrifters, this event give the opportunity for novice drifters to strut their oversteering stuffs against a few seasoned campaigners early in the season, a few months before major drift competitions kick starts.

Good friend Ryan Tuerck sent in this pretty cool vid of stuff he does during the “Off Season.” I like the scene in the abandoned parking lot looks like they did that in one take because you don’t see tire marks on the ground.

Looks like THR is coming back out with a new Honda Element for the 2010 Formula D Series. Seeing this makes me want a Element myself but I doubt I would ever make it into a drift car though.
