FORMULA D Round 4 – The Gauntlet Part 2

The Gauntlet at Wall Speedway in New Jersey is one of the most brutal tracks on the Formula D circuit that the drivers face year to year. With the steep banking turns and harsh transitions from bank to flat really takes its tolls on both the cars and the drivers. The turn 1 guard rail seem to have collected more casualties this year more then any other even taking out #1 qualifier Ryan Tuerck on his home track.

Conrad Grunewald went on to take top position on the podium with points leader Justin Pawlack taking 2nd and teammate Daijiro Yoshihara in 3rd staying right behind Justin in the points count.

FORMULA D Round 4 – The Gauntlet

Formula Drift Round 4: The Gauntlet at Wall Speedway in NJ was another exciting event where the combination of the banking on the track and the competitive nature of the drivers pushed them to the limits. As a result a few of the vehicles were damaged in competition in dramatic fashion keeping them from advancing to the later rounds. The fans witnessed a true showing of world class drifting. Bakerz Meet 2011 – Flushing Meadows Park NY

Another huge car meet presented by Mr. Bakerz on Sunday, June 5th at Flushing Meadows Corona Park in Queens NY. It was so big that this time the event got unwanted attention and was actually cut short by the cops. Despite having to break out early, we still had a great time and got to see lots of real nice rides. Hopefully the next meet won’t have to involve the police… For more photos Click Here
