Some of you may not know Boyd Coddington due to the fact that he probably never designed a custom nissan or a honda but if you changed the channel and happened to watch American Hot Rod with the flabergasted owner then you know who Boyd is. He passed away early Wednesday morining at Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital and there has not been a release to the cause of death. I remember literally bumping into him at last years SEMA and with stressed out impression he just kept walking on trying to get to his unveiling of a customized 1967 Ford Mustang. His stern attitude and creative mind keeps competitors such as former apprentice Chip Foose on their feet. He was 63.
